Hope for One Child’s original plan that God gave them, was to bring Honduran children to the United States to live with a sponsor family and receive a superior education so that they may return to Honduras and serve their fellow Hondurans.  God has changed that plan so we at Hope For One Child have changed our plan to meet God’s direction for our ministry.

HFOC is now providing private bilingual education scholarships to Honduran children that have exceptional abilities and a desire to become leaders in their community and country. Recommendations for students come from pastors and teachers who have known the child for an extended period of time.  

 HFOC is also being allowed to provide Biblical Scripture course curriculum and training for local Hondurans to be teachers of these scriptures.   The course will be provided through the entire school year to all grades with the goal of having the student a complete knowledge of Jesus Christ and His teachings.

Hope For One Child is seeking donors that want to provide financial support for a child.  You may choose to support the entire annual educational needs of a child or you may share a child with other donors.  The choice is yours!

Hope For One Child is also seeking donors to provide financial support for the purchase of Bibles, course materials and the training of teachers.  Local teachers will be recommended by pastors and current academic teachers in the schools.
